How do I reset my Antistock account password?

Without two-factor authentication

For businesses with two-factor authentication disabled, you'll want to follow these steps if you have lost your Antistock account password:

1. Visit this page or copy and paste this link into your browser: https://dash.antistock.io/auth/password-reset.
2. Enter your business or personal email address (e.g. your@email.com).
3. Tap on the “Reset” button and wait for around 20 seconds to 3 minutes for an email verification link.
4. Once you receive the verification link, follow the steps where you'll then be prompted to enter a new secure account password.

With two-factor authentication

• Antistock is unable to reset the account without the proper backup codes.
• Your account and any associated data will automatically be wiped after a period of sixty (60) days of inactivity.
• For certain businesses on a custom plan, please contact your Account Manager for additional information.
