How do I enable Google Pay on my checkout?

Last updated February 9, 2026

Google Pay offers a seamless checkout experience for Android users and Chrome browser users. Customers can pay with cards they've already saved to their Google account, eliminating the need to manually enter payment details at checkout.

Like Apple Pay, Google Pay is available through supported payment gateways like Stripe. Before you begin, make sure your Stripe integration is already connected and active in your Antistock payments dashboard.

Enable Google Pay

  1. Visit your payments dashboard or copy and paste this link into your browser: https://dash.antistock.io/settings/shop/payments.
  2. Tap on your Stripe integration modal and enable Google Pay as a payment method.
  3. Save your payment integration settings by tapping the “Save Settings” button within the modal.

Unlike Apple Pay, no additional domain verification is required for Google Pay. Once you enable it, the Google Pay button will automatically appear for eligible customers on Android devices and Chrome browsers.

Nice to knows

Google Pay transactions are processed through your existing Stripe integration, so you'll see them alongside your other card payments in both your Stripe and Antistock dashboards. There are no additional fees from Antistock for enabling Google Pay beyond your standard Stripe processing rates.

Google Pay supports both debit and credit cards that customers have saved to their Google account. The payment button renders dynamically and only appears when the customer's device and browser support Google Pay.

If you're looking to maximize checkout conversions, we recommend enabling both Apple Pay and Google Pay so that customers on any device can use their preferred one-tap payment method. You can edit per payment gateway settings via your products dashboard.
